We believe in the healing power of storytelling.
Through our many storytelling projects, Health Story Collaborative engages patients, providers, caretakers, and loved ones in exploring their own stories and experiences with health, medical conditions, and the health system as a part of the healing process.
Health Story Collaborative has partnered with the Opioid Project to bring narrative practice to those dealing with the aftermath addiction. This project serves as a digital archive of the art and stories of these individuals facilitated through the Opioid Project workshops.
Dr. Annie Brewster was awarded the Harvard Medical School Dean’s Community Service Award for her work with Health Story Collaborative, as a demonstration of her dedication and commitment to community service with notable impact on the local, national, and international community.
